Role Description

The marketing manager is responsible for communicating both the mission & offerings to the industries where Aventra is focused on. This is a leadership position reporting to the management stakeholder. As a leader, you own the Marketing function of Aventra & are responsible for driving growth through Demand Generation.

Related Work Experience

8 ~ 12 Years

  • 5 ~ 8 years of proven growth experience through performance marketing and previous experience of digital marketing tools, Content Marketing and linking it to lead generation is a must.
  • Experience in IT/ITES organizations with knowledge and exposure to Digital areas of Data Analytics, IoT, Cloud etc.is preferable.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Data Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, WordPress, Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot & Zoho).
  • Experience marketing to Maritime Industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own a Performance Marketing strategy for a service line of business to reach their target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
  • Plan, strategize and execute all performance marketing campaigns through organic & paid mediums (LinkedIn, Google AdWords, Affiliates, and Email) to meet business growth.
  • Work with the creative and sales partner teams to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
  • Design informative and appealing content for products and drive marketing campaigns to nurture contact and increase brand awareness (B2B).
  • Optimize content for engagement through SEO, PPC, email marketing, among others, following MQL & SQL.
  • Manage company’s social media page on LinkedIn and channel on YouTube for inbound marketing, brand awareness, webinars, and lead generation.
  • Work as marketing alliance partner for and drive joint GTM campaigns, thought leadership and event participation to increase market visibility to build sales pipeline and gain market share.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly business reviews and executive-level marketing performance reporting
  • Staying up to date with current industry trends and best practices
  • Be a hands-on to lead the department.
Skills & Competencies
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Technology, or relevant fields.
  • Skills: Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Social Media Advertising, Campaign Management, Content Marketing, Market Research, Consumer Insights, Competitor Analysis, Dashboard Creation, Strategic thinking, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Productivity Tools.
