- Assessment and Planning: We conducted a detailed assessment of the current SAP infrastructure to identify any compatibility issues associated with the TLS 1.2 upgrade. A robust project plan was formulated to minimize operational disruption and ensure a smooth transition.
- Implementation: The upgrade process was executed methodically across the Development, QAS, and PRD environments. This included applying the necessary SAP kernel patches, configuring the SAP system for TLS 1.2, and implementing relevant SAP Notes to ensure full compatibility.
- Testing and Validation: Comprehensive testing was performed in the Development and QAS environments to validate the new TLS 1.2 configuration. This included functional testing, performance testing, and security testing to confirm the system's stability and enhanced security.
- Deployment: Following successful testing, the TLS 1.2 upgrade was deployed in the Production environment. Post-deployment validation ensured that the system continued to operate securely and efficiently without any interruptions.
